A lot of things are happening in Blackhat Security Conference..
Hope u heard about three press reporters who were banned from conference for hacking into other journalists computer and putting there password and other details on display..
Although Conference is popular for such fun tricks being played on public wireless network but Journalists use a local private network which is out of the boundaries of game.
And Another News is that Two Security Researchers will discus about their discovery of a new type of exploit that can kill vista (More).
Mark Dowd of IBM Internet Security Systems (ISS) and Alexander Sotirov, of VMware Inc. have discovered a technique that can be used to bypass all memory protection safeguards that Microsoft built into Windows Vista. These new methods have been used to get around Vista’s Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR), Data Execution Prevention (DEP) and other protections by loading malicious content through an active web browser
While this may seem like any standard security hole, other researchers say that the work is a major breakthrough and there is very little that Microsoft can do to fix the problems. These attacks work differently than other security exploits, as they aren’t based on any new Windows vulnerabilities, but instead take advantage of the way Microsoft chose to guard Vista’s fundamental architecture. According to Dino Dai Zovi, a popular security researcher, “the genius of this is that it’s completely reusable. They have attacks that let them load chosen content to a chosen location with chosen permissions. That’s completely game over.”
If you are interested u can read a trick on How to Impress a girl with memory Protection Bypasses.

Hyderabad, India : 10/08/08
With Honorable Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr.Rajashekhra Reddy, as chief guest of Opening Ceremony, Infosys started its second Hyderabad campus in Pocharam , first being in Gachibowli.
It boasts of its 447 acre , Few Less than ours university (GNDU) and total investment of 1250 crores and seting cpacity of 25000 people that will be developed in three phases over timespan of ten years.
As a part of its drive to become carbon neutral, Infosys is designing this campus on best-in-class sustainability principles to achieve energy efficiency, water sustainability, preservation and promotion of biodiversity and effective waste management.
To all my mates who are expecting to join Infosys at location near their Hometown may feel them as part of deep and wide ocean of Infosys in Hyderabad. But keeping in mind Employee facilities including a fully equipped state-of-the-art gymnasium, an aerobics center, a swimming pool, sauna and steam, billiards and snooker tables, table tennis boards, a tennis court, a badminton court, a squash court, a basket ball court, volley ball courts, a grocery store, a full-fledged dining facility for about 3,000 people and a health clinic, it is not a bad trade.

Preity Zinta, who is currently touring with the Bachchans on their ‘Unforgettable’ tour, plans to join Deepa Mehta in Toronto for screening of ‘Heaven On Earth’.
The Punjabi film is now being dubbed into Hindi on the insistence of the film’s Indian distributor Ravi Chopra.
“Preity will have to do her portions in Toronto after her world tour with the Bachchans and also attend the Toronto Festival screening,” said the Canada-based director.
Mehta’s ‘Heaven On Earth’ is to be screened during the Toronto Film Festival in September at the prestigious Elgin theatre.
“It’s the venue of all serious-minded films at the Toronto Film Festival. Last year the Coen Brothers’ ‘No Country For Old Men’ premiered there. This year I’m proud to have my film there in the Special Representation section,” Mehta said.
However, Mehta insists that the Hindi version will have a very restricted screening. “The language of the film is Punjabi,” she said.

- BiteNova (formerly known as “Bi-Torrents”, BiteNova is a free Torrent site with a spartan look and fast searching format.)
- Bitsoup Bitsoup is a growing favorite amongst P2P downloaders. As the trend towards private torrent sharing continues, you will need to signup and join as a member to participate in the Bitsoup swarm.
- Demonoid.com is back online! After legal conflicts in April of 2008, they have reestablished themselves outside of the USA, and have resumed torrent operations. Demonoid is still a private community, and members are held liable for any leeching that their invited friends do in this community. If you are lucky enough to get a Demonoid membership, invite your friends carefully, lest you lose your own membership.
- YouTorrent.com Still in beta testing format, this new torrent site claims to be the largest legal torrent search engine today. Accordingly, the result sets are much smaller than the “pirate” counterparts, but definitely try this site for yourself.
- Torrentportal.com
- Torrentscan.com (a “meta-search” engine, which is a search engine that searches other search engines)
- Isohunt.com
September, 2007: Isohunt is barring American users from connecting to American torrent trackers. American users, however, can still use Isohunt to find torrents, and connect to third party trackers.
- Torrentspy.com March 24, 2008: Torrentspy has voluntarily closed its doors. Instead of conforming to the American court mandates to change their privacy policies, the Torrentspy team has opted instead to cease operations. A sad day for downloaders everywhere.
- Torrentz.com (special thanks to reader, Jonathan R., for this link)
- Torrents.to
- Snarf It! (born from previous Suprnova influences)
- Torrentmatrix.com
- Mininova.org has 190,000 torrents indexed as of April, 2007. Mininova is the successor to Suprnova, one of the original big torrent databases of the Web.
- FileMP3.org
- Torrentreactor.to (Torrentreactor has made a comeback from a hijacking and an uncooperative hosting service. They have moved to a different server setup and a Tonga country domain outside the USA. Read the details on their home page.)
- Torrentbox.com FYI: like Isohunt, Torrentbox is being sued by the MPAA as of February 28, 2006. The days for this fine search engine may be numbered.
- BTjunkie
- TorrentTyphoon.com (a unique bittorrent meta-search engine that searches several of the most popular sites. Unfortunately, it does not do a good job categorizing the torrent files themselves)
- Yotoshi.com
- The Pirate Bay (Pirate Bay, by readership size, is the most popular torrent search site today. Pirate Bay has an immense database of 600,000+ torrents, the largest database at this time.)
(May 31, 2006: The Pirate Bay has been shut down by Swedish authorities. Details are available on the Pirate Bay home page.)
(June 2006: The Pirate Bay has restarted operations, now that the police have duplicated the PB hard drives for forensic purposes. Enjoy this database while it is still around, folks!)

SRK vs Akki, this Diwali!
The ‘Billo Barber’- ‘Chandni Chowk to China’ clash will make the loudest boom, this Diwali.
With Salman Khan’s ‘Yuvraaj’ getting postponed beyond the festival season, trade pundits had expected a cakewalk for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer. But that was before Akshay KUmar decided to hop in! It is now going to be a showdown between the King of Bollywood and the Challenger!
The Akshay Kumar-starrer, ‘Chandni Chowk To China’, was supposed to arrive a week later, on October 29, but Akki has given in to his ambitions, and ordered a ‘pre-ponement’. Warner Bros., Rohan Sippy and Nikhil Advani have, obviously, nodded in agreement.
SRK has a cluster headache, regarding his film, for Rajnikanth-starrer ‘Kuselan, a flick of the same feather, would have already hit the screens before Billo cuts in.
Rajnikanth, who commands a sizeable fan following in Mumbai, is planning to carpet-bomb the city with the prints of ‘Kuselan’.
